If you're not satisfied after this period, you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and any discounts). A 15% handling and restocking fee, based on the order total, will be applied to all returns.

Once you have shipped the product to us, you must immediately complete the form (ticket) with your valid tracking number and USPS/UPS receipt, along with clear product images sealed/unsealed before and after packaging. These details are mandatory for us to process your refund. If not provided, we will be unable to move forward with the refund. This is a necessary step to ensure a smooth and verified return process. We will respond via the same ticket once the refund has been processed. Prompt action on your part is essential to ensure a swift resolution.

Important Notes About Returns

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for returns.
  • Seasonal/Promotional Offers: No return/refund are allowed during seasonal/promotional offers (New Year, Valentine's Day, Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.).
  • Eligibility: Refunds are available only for your first single bottle purchases. Orders of more than one bottle are not eligible for refunds.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee (on order amount) applies to all returned items.
  • Bundles: Bundled products or multiple-item orders are non-returnable unless unopened in original packaging.
  • Documentation: Include the original packing slip with your return. If unavailable, include a note with your order id, full name and address.
  • Shipping Labels: Flawless Bloom does not provide return shipping labels. Customers must arrange for and purchase their labels.
  • Quality Check: Returned products must pass a quality check. It takes approximately 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Process: After completing a quality inspection, you will receive a notification email at your registered email address regarding your refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during your purchase. The credit may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Flawless Bloom reserves the right to update or change refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. It is the customer responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement before processing begins. Contact to our customer support team for cancellation of your order. A 5% cancellation fee will apply.

  • If your order is in transit and you wish to cancel it before delivery, a refund will be processed once we receive the returned product, 12% Restocking Fee will apply on order amount. Please note that refunds cannot be issued if the product is not returned.
  • If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is not returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the customs office or delivery partner and arrange for the product's return at their own expense. If the product is returned, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the shipping fees, any customs or other charges (if applicable), any promotional offers applied during the purchase, and a 12% restocking fee based on your total order.
